Leading a compact sales team, Ron is fully in charge of the Sales Team’s deliverables, including setting goals and objectives for the team. Since joining Avivar Audience Communications in 2007, he has successfully executed many large scale events which include the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games Events (Announcement Ceremony, 1-Year Countdown, Mascot Launch, 99-Days Countdown and Sports Presentation), National Stadium Closing Ceremony, Boat Asia, Olympic Day Run, POSB Everyday Champions for Sports Awards, SCAPE* Launch Parade, The Cathay 75th Anniversary Celebrations, LoudFest and NTUC U-Run, to name a few.

From the diversity of successful projects, Ron is equipped with the experience to handle a magnitude of event needs, to provide the reassurance of a successful event.
