Michael joined Avivar Audience Communications Pte Ltd as a part timer in 2005, and have decided to take the plunge to join the team full time in 2010.

He plays a key role in the company, and is put in charged of the following:

• Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project
• Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed between client & account servicing team
• Participation in R&D team meetings, as well as to ensure coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines within R&D
• Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports
• All event lisencing matters
• Ensure adherence to operational deadlines
• Supplier / venue relations
