 | We found the Avivar team to be professional and very responsive to our requirements. Even when given very little time to react, the team would pull off what was required. In particular, I cite a specific example where we had to have additional banners printed the day before the event. Avivar got it done within three hours and we were very impressed with the quick turnaround. Our experience working with Avivar has been very positive. To their credit, Avivar has organised a number of major SYOGOC events from the Bid Announcement, One Year Countdown Celebrations, to the launch of the Games’ Mascots.  | It would be remiss of us to not acknowledge the splendid work of the event company, Avivar Audience Communications Pte Ltd, who undertook responsibility for organising the entire event at the Padang/ City Hall and the Olympic Day run. They were professional and persistent in the pursuit of excellence all the way through, and responded well to late-changes and requirements imposed by us and by other agencies on them. We involved them in our meetings and provided them with an office at one of the interview rooms in SYOGOC so they were nearby when needed, especially over the last 2 weeks.  | Just as I had mentioned to all the staff from Singapore Armed Forces and Ministry of Home Affairs, Minister Teo and A/P Koo, as well as Chief of Army reverted that it was "a good show, well done". And from a number of senior officers, the feedback that came to me was that it was a lot grander than the event you did for us in 2006. I must say that the stage was very well done - we also received comments on that too. Your production team who did the stage was accommodating to my last min requests; and I appreciate that too.
